By accessing or using cards.evons.gg ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by EDX Media Srls, Italy (P.IVA IT13762650961), trading as Evons.

2. Description of the Service

cards.evons.gg is a free community tool provided by EDX Media Srls that allows users to:

• ·Browse the official Evons card database.
• ·Build and manage deck lists using the Deck Builder tool.
• ·View card details, stats, and set information.

This service is provided free of charge as a courtesy to the Evons community.

3. Intellectual Property

All card artwork, card designs, game mechanics, rules, logos, and branding displayed on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of EDX Media Srls. The Evons name and logo are trademarks (™) of EDX Media Srls.

Gameplay videos, streams, guides, tutorials, reviews, and other community content — including monetized content — are freely permitted. Clearly identify your content as fan-made and not an official Evons product. Commercial use of Evons assets (selling merchandise with card artwork or logos, paid products incorporating Evons visuals) requires prior written permission from EDX Media Srls. 4. Deck Builder — Local Storage

The Deck Builder tool saves your deck data exclusively in your browser's local storage. This means:

• ·Your decks are stored on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers.
• ·Your deck data may be lost if you clear your browser cache, cookies, or site data.
• ·Your deck data may be lost if you switch devices, browsers, or use private/incognito mode.
• ·We are not responsible for any loss of deck data.
• ·We do not provide backup or recovery services for deck data.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• ·Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• ·Scrape, copy, or reproduce card data or artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.
• ·Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
• ·Represent that content you create is officially endorsed by or associated with Evons or EDX Media.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of card data, or that the Site is free of errors. Card data, stats, and rules are subject to change as the game evolves. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDX Media Srls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of deck data, loss of profits, or loss of data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
